About Tendermatcher
Tendermatcher is an AI tender analysis platform built in Germany. We help B2B bid teams cut tender / RFP analysis from two weeks to two hours: our software extracts requirements from tender documents, scores company fit, and drafts source-cited responses grounded in the customer's own knowledge base. Every claim links back to the page it came from — no hallucinations, no black boxes.
The platform is EU-hosted with full data residency in Germany and is currently in production at iSAP Solutions, an SAP and business-integration consultancy headquartered in the Burj Khalifa, Dubai. In the first two months iSAP responded to three tenders that would normally have been skipped or rushed — including a 200+ page DFSA Core Banking RFP — saving roughly 200 consultant hours (≈€30,000) and winning €85,000 in additional pipeline.
The product

AI extraction and classification of critical / high / medium / low requirements from tender PDFs, ZIPs, and DOCX
Bid / no-bid decision in 30 minutes, based on the customer's real capabilities
Gap analysis ranked by criticality, with suggested mitigations
First-draft responses grounded in the customer's past proposals, capability decks, and case studies — every paragraph cites its source
Team workspace for bid managers, sales, and subject-matter experts
Pilot setup within one week; sector-calibrated for IT consulting, engineering, and financial-services tenders

Target customers
Mid-sized and large B2B firms that respond regularly to public-sector or enterprise tenders — typically IT consultancies, system integrators, SAP / ERP partners, engineering services firms, and financial-services providers. Buyer personas are Bid Managers, Heads of Pre-Sales, Heads of Sales, and COOs.
Your tasks as a sales agent

Identify and engage prospects in your network or target territory
Run introductory calls and qualify opportunities
Coordinate 20-minute product demos — we run the demo together with you on a real tender from the prospect's sector
Support the one-month pilot phase and assist in commercial negotiations
Hand over signed customers to onboarding

Commission and territory

Recurring commission on annual recurring revenue (ARR) of signed contracts
Pilot conversion bonus on successful pilot-to-paid conversions
Provision: negotiable
Long-term partnership preferred; exclusivity per territory negotiable
Founding Team is still at university, thats why we need someone extern for distribution, once in a lifetime chance
